'Rhythms of Renewal' by Rebekah Lyons.

The current book we are reading together is 'Rhythms of Renewal: Trading Stress and Anxiety for a Life of Peace and Purpose' by Rebekah Lyons.

We would love for you to rsvp to each book club event you wish to attend. This will help us ensure you have a digital copy of the book and facilitate a comfortable space when we gather. There will be a Thursday evening gathering and Friday evening gathering. If on the day before the event there are no RSVPs to it, book club on that particular date will not run, so please rsvp! :) You are welcome to attend both Thursday and Friday meetings if you wish! Please also take note of each event's location as they will change depending on venue availability.

Our aim reading through 'Rhythms of Renewal' is to read a chapter at the beginning of every week. Answering the questions at the end of every chapter will help you apply the chapter practically during the week. Journal your answers / experience & share your thoughts with the girls in the book club chat. We will meet monthly for book club to delve into the chapters explored during the month.
