'Rhythms of Renewal' by Rebekah Lyons.

The current book we are reading together is 'Rhythms of Renewal: Trading Stress and Anxiety for a Life of Peace and Purpose' by Rebekah Lyons.

We would love for you to rsvp to each book club event you wish to attend. This will help us ensure you have a copy of the book and facilitate a comfortable space when we gather. There will be a Thursday evening and Friday evening gathering.

Our aim reading through 'Rhythms of Renewal' is to read three or four chapters within a month, gathering to discuss those chapters monthly at book club. Answering the questions at the end of every chapter will help us apply the chapters practically. You can journal your thoughts, share your experiences and perspectives when we gather and also converse on our WhatsApp group chat. DM @girltime.au if you would like to join it!
